Assassin's Creed: Renaissance

Author uses a lot of description, many researched words
There is a lot of action taking place

Some characters are invented like the main one Ezio Auditore and all of his family; others instead are true ones like Leonardo da Vinci, Niccolò Machiavelli, Sforza family, Medici family, Pazzi family, Savonarola and many others

It takes place in all Italy during Renaissance- main character travels in Tuscany (Firenze and nearby little towns), Venice and near Milan

There is the order of the Templar knights in the story

It tells facts that are really happened like the assassination of the brother of Lorenzo il Magnifico, which is called Giulio, killed by the Pazzi family that wanted to lead Florence

The author doesn’t put a lot of dialogue; only when it is essential e.g. there is an important scene like a dialogue between Leonardo and the main character Ezio Auditore or a dialogue between the enemies that are planning the assassination of Lorenzo il Magnifico

This book is the first of the series of a collection of four booksIn this book there is a lot of history

There are many brutal scenes, like of torture and especially killing, in fact on average, every ten to twenty pages a person or two die

I recommend this book to people who like action and adventure books, that has even a bit of history in it, but not to people who don’t support scenes of killing and torturing, because it has a lot of them in it
